WHETHER GST LATE FEES CAN REFUND BY GST DEPT

As per notification of Late fees for filing GSTR-4 for FY 2021-22 waived from 01.05.2022 to 30.06.2022. But question is whoever file there GSTR-4 with late fee from 01.05.2022 to 25.05.2022 whether they can get refund? . 

Still no clarification received from the GST Department

if we check the previous history no such refund issued for late fees.

As per my view no refund will be issued for late fee for filing of GSTR-4
